The Route

Trip Description

Paradise is waiting…

Bali has long been Indonesia’s most popular island getaway and it’s no wonder why; it offers white sandy beaches, stunning temples, endless rice fields and crystal clear water. If you’re looking for the perfect combination of culture, adventure, relaxation and fun, then our 10 day Tour of Bali is for you! Explore the best of Bali on our 10 day tour and learn to surf, meet some monkeys in a Sacred Forest, eat like a king and discover paradise.

Your tour of Bali starts in Kuta with a welcome dinner  before you head to upmarket Seminyak for sunset on the beach. Next up is the chilled surf town of Canggu and a visit  to Taman Ayun, one of island’s most beautiful temples.

Travelling inland, you’ll spend time in Ubud, the cultural hub of Bali which is set among lush rice fields and mountains. A Balinese cooking class, waterfall excursion and a sunrise hike or yoga will keep you busy before it’s time for some well deserved chill time. After catching the fast boat to Gili T, relax and unwind as you soak up island life. Make the most of it while you can: before long it’ll be time to round off your trip with a Bintang or two as you watch the sunset over Bali….

The team at Euroventure was outstanding! Not only were they knowledgeable and helpful, but they were always quick to respond, very accommodating, and made every part of our trip personal and meaningful. Highly recommend Euroventure and would definitely work with them again.

I have just returned from my 1 week interrailing trip! Me and my boyfriend went on the “Iron curtain” package and it was amazing. Euroventure organised everything and made it so easy. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to see more of Europe to go with this company.

My sisters and I had the best trip, we did a variation to the 4 week eastern traveller route and Euroventure were so helpful in making the trip suit our needs. Each hostel was great and in a good location. The info pack was such a great help and an amazing keepsake. The fact all of our travel was booked and set out meant we could spend all our efforts on experiencing everything! We truly had the best time and would 100% recommend to anyone. We’re already looking for our next trip! Thanks again for all your help - Alice, Kailey and Harriet :)

Questions and Answers

Is travelling in Indonesia safe?

Indonesia is a very safe place to visit, as long as you follow some basic health and safety guidelines and have respect for the local people and culture. The most common dangers in Indonesia are sunburn, dehydration and hangovers, however travelling in a group with us makes it even safer! Our tour guides have travelled Bali extensively, and will share their experience, and local knowledge to ensure your safety throughout the trip and beyond.

I’m travelling alone. How will I meet people?

This trip is perfect for people travelling alone!  You’re surrounded by other like-minded travelers for the duration of the trip, you’ll be mates for life with your group by the end!  Members of the group even tend to stick together after the tour as they continue their travels through Indonesia, Australia/NZ & SE Asia!

Do I need a visa?

In some cases, yes, and the process is very easy! Citizens of 169 countries can enter Indonesia visa free including citizens from a number of European countries, Australia, NZ. Without proof of an onward ticket and sufficient funds for your expected stay any visitor can be denied entry, but in practice this is a formality that is rarely checked.

How much spending money will I need?

It’s very easy to get by in Bali for as little as £15 per day. However, try and budget for around £30 – it’s a once in a lifetime trip, so make the most of it.
