Day 1 – Manila
Welcome to the Philippines! Upon your arrival at Manila airport, your group leader will be ready and waiting to take you back to your accommodation. Today is about relaxing and settling in after that long flight, so hit the streets for some shopping or just head out to explore some of the local sites. We have a quick orientation talk then head out for a welcome dinner and drinks with the rest of the group.
Day 2-4 – Borocay
Bellies full, we board our first flight of the tour and make our way to one of the best islands in the world, Borocay. As soon as we land we will travel by private bus to El Nido, which will take around 5 hours – trust us, it’s worth it! Once checked in, we’ll head out for food and drinks as a group and experience Borocay’s crazy beach nightlife.
On day 3, we are going beach hoping! Soak up some sun of some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, before heading out on a sailboat cruise. Depending on wind and weather conditions, we will do anything from snorkeling, sailing and taking a tour around the entire island by boat!
The next day, grab a towel and some sun screen and join us at White Beach. Put your feet in the sand and find a nice spot to relax before we meet for dinner at 7:30pm.
Day 5-7 – Moalboal, Cebu
It’s time to move on from Borocay as we board a short flight to Cebu. From Cebu, it’s a four-hour drive to Moalboal, which is our home for the next three nights.
Rested and refreshed from a good night’s sleep, we head deep into the hills of Cebu to visit some of the Philippines’ most beautiful waterfalls. Cool down in the crystal clear waters of Kasawan falls. We jump in and cool off in these stunning lagoons and get some pictures that will make your friends back home seriously jealous.
On our final day in Cebu, we head out for a truly unforgettable experience – we jump in the water to swim with the huge (but very friendly) whale sharks. Bring your underwater camera, as trust us you will want to remember this forever. After we dry off, it’s back on the bus to Moalboal where we will snorkel with thousands of sardines on their “sardine run” – this will take your breath away!
Day 8-12 – El Nido
After breakfast, we get ready for a long day of travel to El Nido. We will drive up to Cebu airport, where we catch a flight to Puerto Princesa. From there, it will be another 5-hour drive until we reach El Nido, where we will stop for a quick meal.
The long journey will be worthwhile, as El Nido boasts clear waters, jungle, steep limestone cliffs and stunning caves you simply cannot miss! After a long day of travelling, we will reward ourselves with drinks and a stunning views from a rooftop bar.
Day 9 is all about relaxation, as we’ll head north for our first dip in the ocean at Nacpan Beach! We will go lut for dinner and drinks as we get excited for the next few days.
The Philippines is famed for its many beautiful islands so on day 10, we’ll island hop! We’ll spend the day on our local boat whilst stopping off at some truly stunning beaches, as well as the ‘small and big lagoons’ which are some of the most picturesque places on the planet!
Our final day in El Nido is about catching your breath and working on your tan on Las Cabanas Beach. If you want a break from sunning yourself under Coconut trees, you can head out and get a massage, hit the shops for some retail therapy, or simply explore all of what El Nido has to offer.
On our last day, it’s time to say goodbye and end our unforgettable 12-day trip! After check out, your group leader will sit down with you and help plan any onward travel.

We had a fantastic time interrailing around Europe in July 2019 thanks to this company. The communication was excellent, fast replies and no ask was too much. We must have changed our route 5 times and they accommodated everything we asked for. We mainly dealt with Tolly but all of the staff we spoke to were friendly and enthusiastic. Booking through this company took the stress of organising away from us. All of the documents arrived well in advance of our start date, and the personalised booklet they include with train times/maps/tips/phrases is a game-changer! So unique and we were constantly using it to refer to. We had never stayed in a hostel before this and we were slightly apprehensive but all of the hostels were spotless, great atmosphere and in safe areas - we requested a private dorm room and this was sorted for us immediately. They even upgraded us to some hotels when it made no difference to the price! I priced the trip up independently and Euroventure was the same price/cheaper in some respects. Definitely recommend and will be booking again!

Did the 3 week Eastern Europe tour and it was amazing! Couldn't recommend Euroventure enough! Took all the hassle out of travelling, particularly for someone as unorganised as I am! All the hostels were clean, comfortable and friendly. Our tour guide Dave was great too! Knew all the good places to go to, even gave us a free walking tour in Prague. Couldn't do enough for us. Thanks everyone involved!

Just recently got back from the Iron Curtain tour and already have post tour blues! I enjoyed the trip immensely, met some fab people and felt like I laughed the whole week. I liked using euroventure as having everything planned out in advance took all the stress away compared to if I planned it myself. Big shout out to our tour leader David who was great to hang out with. He made the transitions between places and cities very easy and stress free. His sarcastic wit and humour made my week. He also had great knowledge on the sights we visited. The itinerary was jam packed with activities to do. Would highly recommend using Euroventure, will definitely be using them again!
