Accidents & Incidents

If something’s happened while you’re away that’s affected your trip, we need to know about it. Whether that be an injury you’ve sustained in one of our hostels, an incident of theft while you’re away or simply a negative experience with one of our accommodation, rail or activity providers.

Use the following form to tell us in your own words what happened. If you’d like us to contact you about this to discuss it further, please leave a contact number or email address at the bottom and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Accidents & Incidents

  • This can be found on your trip summary and usually begins PP, AA, OB or GT.
  • Please give specific details of the accident or incident that you are reporting, including any other people involved, any witnesses to the incident and any details that you think we should know about.
  • Tell us when and where the incident happened. Please use the following format: "Date: 13/08/2020, Time: 09:34, Location: Reception of Hotel XYZ, Berlin"
    If you would like to claim for theft or injury on your travel insurance, you need to report the claim within 24 hours of the incident. If you have already done this, we are happy to supply your incident report form as evidence of cancellation/curtailment.
