When you book with us, not only do we take the stress out of planning your trip, but we’re always on hand whilst you’re away too. So in the event anything does go slightly off-course, the only thing you need to worry about is letting us know about it, and we’ll do the rest.

We’ll work with you to create your perfect itinerary for a custom trip – or select one of our set trips or group tours. From there, we’ll ask for your travel preferences and then all you need to do is worry about packing your suitcase!

Euroventure will take care of sorting out all of your transport between destinations as well as your accommodation. All of these details are explained in a bespoke travel pack which you’ll receive a few weeks before your trip starts.

This pack will contain a copy of your trip itinerary and your personal train timetable, information on how to use your pass/tickets, walking/public transport directions between each station and your accommodation, public transport and currency information for each destination, language guides for each of your chosen cities, our top recommendations for what to see and do in each place & access to our 24 hour emergency helpline for urgent advice.

The chances are that your trip will run seemlessly and you’ll never have to contact us whilst you’re away, but in case things out of everyone’s control go a bit wrong, we want you to know that we’re here to help. Euroventure offers peace of mind for all of our customers on their trips with the comfort of 24/7 trip support, and access to our on-trip emergency number. 

Whilst you’ll be staying in top-rated accommodation and travelling on some of the best train services in the world, things from time-to-time can go wrong. Whether this is a train strike or wild fires near your accommodation – we’re here to get your trip back on track, provide you with alternative transport or accommodation if needed (at our expense – not yours) and make sure that no added stress is placed on you, whatever the situation.


All of your accommodation and travel is included, but not only that, but so are all possible seat reservations! This means you have both your compulsory reservations as well as those which are optional (where these are available) so you’ll be guaranteed a seat for all of your journeys. Working out what reservations are compulsory and which are not can be tricky, as this varies from train to train but with Euroventure it’s all handled for you. If you were to interrail without a Euroventure Package, you’d need to figure all of these rules out themselves and these differ depending on the train!

Euroventure offers a flexible payment system, where trips outside of 90 days require a 10% deposit and then the remaining balance is due at 90 days before departure. You can pay in as little or many installments as you like, so long as the balance is paid by the deadline.

By booking with Euroventure, your money has triple protection: ABTA, IPP & Tour Operator Protection. As a Tour Operator, we are members of ABTA which means we are obliged to maintain a high standard of service to abide by their Code of Conduct.After the COVID Pandemic, knowing your money is safe is a very important factor when choosing who to travel with.
