In search of a trip that combines culture and partying in equal measure? Look no further and visit three of Europe’s biggest and most popular capital cities with our From Paris to Berlin trip! It’s the best way to get an introduction not only to interrailing but to some of the best travel experiences that Europe has to offer – ideal if you’re a first-time traveller or are time-limited!
Whether you’re a fan of the early 2000s banger or not, this trip will still get your heart pumping!
Start your trip off in Paris; you’ll get to wake up to phenomenal views of The City of Lights! Stroll around Parisian Montmartre with its Bohemian artist community and pretty red-canopied cafes. Go classic with the iconic sights of the Louvre, Arc de Triomphe and, of course, the Eiffel Tower! If you’ve seen it all before, head to the Pompidou Centre for your modern art fix, or sip on cocktails around Quai de Jemmapes – tres chic!
Next up, you’ll continue on to Amsterdam. The capital of the Netherlands is home to a liberal atmosphere, friendly people, world class cultural heritage and incredible architecture. Hire a bike to cruise around amazing museums (our favourites are the Rijksmuseum and the Van Gogh Museum), before hitting up its trendy bars, famous coffee-shops and the (in)famous Red Light District. Amsterdam is unique and endlessly fascinating – all the more reason to come back time and time again.
Finally finish your trip in Berlin – the alternative, cool kid of Europe. Check out the street food, the history, the East Side Art Gallery, the craft beer and the clubs. Berlin’s underground scene is so extensive that, ironically, it can be seen everywhere. In Berlin you’ll find a truly modern city with a fascinating past. What better place to finish your Euroventure on a high?
Paris is a byword for romance, a synonym for style and the epitome of elegance. The pride of France and one of the most beautiful cities in the world, Paris needs little introduction, from the Eiffel Tower to the Pont Neuf, bedazzling visitors and oozing charisma at every turn.
