Trip Description

The perfect trip for anyone wanting to explore the unique and lesser-visited side of Europe

Our Ultimate Pub Crawl has well and truly earned its name. While many may fear its intensity, we know that there are those brave souls who embrace this route with open arms. Storming through three amazing European cities, you’ll get a whirlwind tour of culture, food and nightlife in just 8 days of fast-paced travel.

First, hit up Amsterdam, home to some of the best nightlife in the world! Be sure to explore its myriad of cafes before heading out to enjoy the city’s many bars and clubs; this stunning city holds much more than watering holes, what with its beautiful canals, fascinating museums, and amazing parks. It’d be a shame to miss out on all the culture Amsterdam has to offer, so if you want to combine the chilled and party elements, why not go for our 1-week package to give yourself more time to explore?

Next up is Berlin, the capital of alternative nightlife and underground subcultures. Once you’ve made yourself at home, why not take a leisurely walking tour to drink in the sights? It’s the perfect precursor to drinking in all of the golden nectar on offer in the city’s numerous pubs! Check out our Europe’s best bars guide to figure out which of Berlin’s drinking spots serve up the finest beers. You can always let us know the results of your “experiment” when you get back!

Prague, the City of a Hundred Spires, is your next and final stop. With amazing Baroque architecture and Gothic churches to explore, you’ll have plenty of things to post on Insta! Enjoy the sights in this equally stunning and quirky city, before making your way around its cheap cafes and bars. Prague is  known for its underground nightlife and secret bars, so let your cup runneth over! Alternatively, why not finish your trip off in style with a beer tour organised by your hostel? With Prague being the home of the famous Garlic Soup, you’ll surely recover quickly with what locals claim is the world’s best hangover cure… we have a feeling you might need it after a week on our Ultimate Pub Crawl!

I recently returned from the Central Europe tour and I couldn't have asked for a better trip with Euroventure! I booked a group tour so it gave me the chance to meet likeminded people plus you don't have the stress of arranging everything. I highly recommend this if you're apprehensive about travelling alone. I feel so much more confident to travel solo in the future thanks to this trip. Our tour leader Tom was fantastic, making sure the trip ran smoothly and made great recommendations on food and things to do in every city as well as advising which metro links and stops we would need to go to, to get to certain places. While remaining professional throughout the trip, he was very friendly, extremely patient and a good laugh. I will definitely be booking another trip with Euroventure in the near future.

Just returned from my month long trip round Europe. The Euroventure team tailored my trip to my every need, the customer service during the booking process was excellent and any changes or queries I had were quickly and efficiently dealt with. My trip was amazing, the hostels booked were great, the team were responsive when I got lost on the trains in Poland and the travel book provided was unbelievably helpful. I could not have hoped for a better experience and would highly recommend Euroventure to anyone planning a trip. Cannot wait to start planning my next trip with them!

I have just returned from my solo 4 week whole hog trip. As this was my first solo travelling adventure I booked with Euroventure and they made everything stress free for me by booking all my travel and accommodation so all I needed to focus on was enjoying my time in Europe. The handbook is great and had lots or recommendations for activities and where to eat. During the whole trip I felt very independent but was assured by the knowledge if I had any problems I could contact them. (Luckily I didn’t need to). If the prospect of travelling solo for the first time is a bit daunting I’d recommend Euroventure , a great company to help you travel around Europe.

I couldn’t fault Euroventure at all. I did the Whole Hog 6 week trip, and they were so helpful from start to finish. The handbook you receive before your trip is so useful I used it everyday and the team went above and beyond to make it personal and a stress-free trip. Every problem I faced I rang Euroventure and they always put me at ease and had a solution. Definitely will use them again!!!

Questions & Answers

Don't see the answer you're looking for?

Question:
Are transfers to Europe included?
Answer:
Our packages do not include flights to the start and from the end of the trip. We have plenty of trips however that do include Eurostar trains from London, and with most of these you are able to start from any mainland UK train station at no extra cost, as well as return there at the end of your trip. We just need to take into account the amount of time it takes you to travel from your UK home station to London to catch the Eurostar to Paris or Brussels, and your onward connections if necessary.
Question:
Do I travel as a group or with somebody from Euroventure?
Answer:
With our independent Interrai packages, you’ll travel on your own or in your own group of friends. We don’t add other customers to your trip and you won’t have a guide with you. That’s not to say you won’t meet people – travelling in hostels you’re bound to meet loads of cool people, but by travelling with us you’re free to do that at your own pace. Euroventure trips are all about independence – you just follow the itinerary and do your own thing, knowing that we’re only a phone call away if you run into difficulty. If you'd prefer to travel with a group, we also run group tours in Europe and Asia. For these trips, you'll travel with a group of likeminded backpackers and at least one guide from Euroventure. With these tours, we'll travel in a group and stay together in hostels, however in each location you will have some free time to explore independently.
Question:
How much does it cost?
Answer:
The ‘from’ prices are listed on the package pages and are based on 4 people travelling in low season. The price may be higher depending on the number of people travelling, their age, nationality and specific events in certain destinations. For large groups and for low season the price may be slightly lower than what is indicated on the package pages. We don’t believe in offering a “from” price that is unattainable, instead we call it the “average from” price based on what most people book. Request a quote for a definitive price.
Question:
What happens if I miss a train?
Answer:
We usually offer a couple of trains that you can take in the day. However, sometimes we need to reserve specific trains, so if you miss them, or there are no more trains that day, then you will have to get a new reservation for a train later in the day or, occasionally, the next day in order to catch up with the itinerary. In any case, if this happens, call us and we will try and help you.
