• Cancel up to 30 days before departure (full balance due 90 days before departure)

• 90% of your balance refunded if you cancel between 90–30 days prior

• 10% deposit becomes travel credit valid for any future Euroventure trip for 2 years

🏨 Option 2: Complimentary Upgrade

Get an upgrade in at least one destination on your trip, for example:

• • Hotels: 3★ → 4★

  • Hostels: standard dorm → smaller or female-only dorm

  • Upgrade location is chosen by our team, so you get a little surprise along the way!

  • Booking is non-refundable 90 days before departure

• Only applies to independent trips (group tours excluded)
